Thank you for shopping with Mini Cuddles. We at “First Steps Babywear UK Ltd” aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery options and charges.
Delivery Options

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
- Please check all details within your order such as the order contents (items/sizes) and the delivery address. For any returned parcels due to failed/unanswered delivery attempts or an inaccurately entered address, an additional postage fee will be applicable to resend the order.
- During peak periods (such as holiday sales), processing may take a little longer.
- If you place an order on a weekend or bank holiday, it will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Details & Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
- We use DHL.

Additional Notes
- Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you at the time of order, or because the package was not collected from a designated depot despite a delivery attempt having been made, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; an additional postage fee will apply.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, if an item is damaged or incorrect. This will allow us to resolve the issue quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
International Orders
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. For international shipping enquiries or bulk orders, please email us at care@minicuddles.uk.
