At First Steps Babywear UK Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Return Window
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a legal "short-term right to reject" faulty, damaged, or "not as described" goods within 30 days from the date of delivery. During this period, you are entitled to a full refund and do not have to accept a repair or replacement. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at care@minicuddles.uk. Do not send items back without approval.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide:
- A return shipping label for faulty goods
- Detailed instructions on where and how to return the item

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email care@minicuddles.uk immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards or discounted/sale (non-faulty) items
Please contact us before returning if you’re unsure about eligibility.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered within the UK or European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days, no questions asked. Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we received your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact care@minicuddles.uk.
