How do I register as a Minicuddles retailer?
Visit our Wholesale Registration page, fill in your business details, and submit the form. Our team will review your application within 2–3 business days and notify you once your account is approved.
Why does the page keep redirecting me to the FAQ section?
If your wholesale account is not yet approved, the system limits access for security and compliance. Until verification is complete, you’ll be automatically redirected to the FAQ page and can only view FAQs, policies, and the wholesale registration page. Full catalogue and pricing access unlock once your account is approved.
Can I view wholesale prices without approval?
No. You’ll need an approved wholesale account to access wholesale pricing. Until your approval is complete, you can browse our collections at retail prices (RRP).
Can I order pre-book and current season items together?
Yes, you can combine both in a single order. However, please note that dispatch will occur only once all items are available.
For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for ready-to-ship and pre-book items.
How does partial payment work?
If your account is configured for 50% upfront payment, you’ll pay half the order amount when placing your order. The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch.
Some retailers are assigned a full payment type, where 100% of the order value is due at checkout. Your assigned payment type will be confirmed in your account activation email and may be reviewed upon request.
Can I change my payment type later?
Yes. Changes can be requested and are subject to internal review.
Please contact our wholesale support team to request a change from full payment to partial or vice versa.
Can I track my orders?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll automatically receive a tracking link via email from our logistics partner.
What happens if I’m not yet approved as a wholesaler?
You can still explore our catalog and product collections at retail prices (RRP).
However, checkout access will remain disabled until your wholesale application is approved and activated.
Is there a minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
Yes, in some categories an MOQ applies especially for first orders. You’ll find MOQ details directly on product pages or in your onboarding communication after approval.
Do you offer international wholesale shipping?
At present, we ship within the UK only. If you are located outside the UK, please contact our team to discuss custom international arrangements.

Why do I need to submit documents after my wholesale account is approved?
Your account is approved, but wholesale pricing and ordering activate only after we complete KYC verification. We verify your business details to enable full wholesale access.
What business details are required for verification?
All users must share their registered business address and one address-proof document. LTD companies must provide a CRN (mandatory) and VAT if available. Sole proprietors can share CRN/VAT optionally.
What documents are accepted as address proof?
You can submit any one of these: electricity bill, gas bill, water bill, council tax bill, landline/broadband bill, energy supplier statement, or the first page of a recent bank statement showing your name and address.
Why is the wholesale price not visible on my account?
Wholesale prices appear only after your KYC verification is completed.
If your business address or required documents are still pending, the system keeps your account in “pre-verification” mode and shows only retail pricing.
Once we receive and verify your documents (address proof + CRN/VAT based on business type), your wholesale pricing and full catalogue access will be enabled automatically.
